Thanks for stumbling upon my page and taking the time to read about my section. I would love to be your photographer.

Mercy Somoza is a multi-faceted and versatile artist specializing in photography, retouching, and performer.

She loves creating images that make the viewer feel as if they are stepping into a dream. She is a portrait and commercial photographer residing in West Palm Beach Florida (US). She began her journey through photography at the age of 16. Mercy study Commercial Photography and Fine Arts Photography at Broward College. Later Mercy moved to Miami Florida and study Early Childhood Education with a Bachelors degree at Florida International University. She has a two year old son and loves all types of age groups.

Mercy hopes to help create breathtaking images for all mediums, She truly strive to capture the real moments of the heart, emotion, love, and laughs. When you have a session with her she wants it to be enjoyable, fun, and relaxed. If it is with children, she want them to be able to run, jump, play, laugh, and have fun. She does the same thing with the camera trying to freeze those precious moments. Her favorite sessions are those outdoors or in a relaxed atmosphere trying to capture those emotions and expressions on newborns, children, families, and couples. Mercy loves all ages of children and also love seeing the love between a couple when engaged, getting married, or waiting the arrival of a newborn.

Mercy has a passion for photography ever since I've known her, that's all she ever wanted to do. I've seen a lot of her photographs throughout these years and she’s an amazing artist. Whenever someone has an idea of a photo, she works with them and put in every thought detail to actually make their idea become real. That is what Mercy does. I saw a photo-shoot she had done and just fell in love with. I asked if it would be possible for us to do a photo-shoot and she agreed. She's on schedule and she doesn't waste anytime to get things done. She knew exactly what was on my mind when I asked her to photograph me. She captured the thoughts in my mind through the lens. I love working with her. Any event I have in the future I choose her to be my photographer with no questions asked.

Working with Mercy was a great experience! As a new band, we wanted to have some professional pictures taken that could reflect our style and our personality as well... Mercy couldn't have done a better job, she picked the right spot and guided us (5 regular guys with no photography experience) through the whole shoot with outstanding results!
